Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivery of all key performance metrics on shifts/projects.
• Developing and maintaining a viable hiring and training plan.
• Liaising with warehousing and quality assurance for prompt shipments.
• Maintaining GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Cross-functional management of QA, materials, IS, and HR support.
• Managing process and material flows with Engineering group.
