Job summary

INNOValues Precision Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support machine setup, adjustment, and basic troubleshooting to sustain production efficiency.

You will assist in resolving production-related issues, support preventive maintenance with the Maintenance Department, ensure product quality, and keep accurate production records and reports. Training operators on machine operation may also be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup, adjustment, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist in resolving production-related technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and coordinate with the Maintenance Department when required.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and production specifications.
• Prepare and maintain production records and reports.
• Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S practices, and company procedures.
• Train and guide production operators on machine operation and work instructions when necessary.
