Job summary

Kanry Search in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a Production Technician on a contract basis with potential to convert to permanent employment. You will assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components, read wiring diagrams, and support daily production activities.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; attractive allowances and bonus are offered. Must be willing to work on rotating AM/PM shifts; location is Kawasan Perindustrian, Pasir Gudang.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics or SKM Level 3 required.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in technical, assembly or manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components according to work instructions.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Conduct product testing and inspections to ensure proper functionality.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure all products meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Complete assembly, testing, and production records accurately.
• Work closely with engineers and production teams to support daily production activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace in accordance with 7S practices.
• Support installation, maintenance, and process improvement activities when required.

Working Hours

Candidates must be willing to work on rotating shifts.

AM Shift:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

PM Shift:
Monday – Thursday: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Friday: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities
