• Perform assembly tasks with precision to meet quality specifications and tolerances.
• Inspect finished products and components for defects and report issues to supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and machine performance across shifts.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment for optimal performance.
• Follow health, safety and environmental regulations and wear PPE.
• Collaborate with team to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to boost skills.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our assembly and process operations, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The Production Technician is essential to maintaining our production schedules, supporting operational excellence, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Perform assembly tasks with precision, ensuring products meet quality specifications and tolerances
• Inspect finished products and components for defects, documenting any issues and reporting them to supervisory staff
• Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and machine performance throughout each shift
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
