Job summary

Win Win Food Industries Sdn Bhd in Malaysia’s Johor Bahru area is seeking a Production Technician to operate, monitor, and maintain food production machinery. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and assist in line setup and calibration.

You will keep accurate maintenance records, support during breakdowns to minimize downtime, and ensure safety and quality standards are met by following GMP, HACCP, and company protocols. The role is on-site with benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintenance of production machinery experience preferred.
• Compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain food production machinery and equipment.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues.
• Ensure all equipment runs efficiently and meets safety and quality standards.
• Assist in production line setup, changeover, and calibration as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Support production team during breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and company safety protocols.
• Report any abnormalities or potential hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
