Maxsu Technology (M) Sdn Bhd in Kulai seeks a capable supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure targets are met, and assign tasks to workers to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires translating between Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, relaying management instructions, and translating production documents and notices. You will monitor attendance, discipline, progress, safety, and report issues to management with a proactive, independent approach.

Formación

• Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, with basic English skills.
• Good communication and translation skills.
• Experience in production or team supervision is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are met.
• Monitor workers' attendance, discipline, and work performance.
