Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in production or team supervision is an advantage.
• Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia with basic English.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are met.
• Monitor workers' attendance, discipline, and work performance.
• Assign tasks to workers and ensure production runs smoothly.
• Translate and interpret between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Communicate work instructions from management to production workers.
• Assist in translating production documents, reports, and notices.
• Monitor production progress and report issues to management.
• Ensure workers follow company procedures and safety rules.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
