Job summary

Camaroe Berhad is seeking a production supervisor to oversee processing, grading, and packing, ensuring output targets and shipment deadlines are met. You will lead and train a team, enforce GMP/HACCP, and monitor hygiene and cold-chain controls.

The role requires strict discipline in recording production logs and batch records, along with proactive yield and downtime tracking to boost productivity. A six-day work week is standard.

Responsibilities

• Supervise processing, grading and packing to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Lead and develop the team; assign tasks and schedule manpower.
• Enforce food safety, GMP, HACCP and hygiene rules; conduct sanitation checks and monitor cold-chain.
• Check size grading, weight accuracy, packaging and labeling; report defects.
• Track yield, downtime and manpower use; suggest productivity improvements.
• Maintain records; update Production Manager with issues and results.
• Work six days per week.

Job description

Supervise processing, grading and packing so output targets and shipment deadlines are met.

Lead and develop the team. Assign tasks, schedule manpower, train new operators and keep discipline and attendance in order.

Enforce food safety and hygiene. Make sure the line follows GMP, HACCP and company hygiene rules, including sanitation checks and cold-chain temperature control.

Check size grading, weight accuracy, packaging and labelling, and report or correct defects and non-conformities right away.

Track yield, downtime and manpower use, and suggest practical ways to raise productivity.

Keep records and report. Complete production logs, batch records accurately, and update the Production Manager on issues and results.

The company requires 6 working days per week.
