Responsibilities

• Operate and support containerized Java/Spring Boot services in OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Provide L2/L3 production support ensuring availability and reliability.
• Monitor production systems, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes, including on-call.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Plan and execute testing across Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Identify opportunities to improve test coverage and automation.
