Job summary

DHL IT Services in Cyberjaya is offering an internship in its Container Platform Services team to support OpenShift platforms and Kubernetes-based operations. You will help with housekeeping, user communication, and coordination tasks while learning enterprise container technologies.

The role focuses on environment hygiene, basic guidance to users, and exposure to tools like OpenShift, GitHub, and Argo CD, with a hybrid work model and a pathway to grow within DHL Group.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT.
• CGPA/academic standing per university requirements.
• Basic IT concepts and enterprise infrastructure familiarity.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in reading English documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support platform housekeeping by tracking cleanup items with application teams.
• Contact users regarding environment issues, missing inputs, or confirmations.
• Guide users on basic platform requests and follow-up steps.
• Maintain tracking in Excel, SharePoint, and ticketing systems.
• Familiarize with OpenShift, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Helm, Kyverno, Argo CD for operations.
• Collaborate with Container Platform Services team on operational hygiene.
