Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Dipping Supervisor to oversee Group Leaders and oversee daily production tasks in a high-volume nitrile gloves manufacturing environment. You will monitor process control, output, and quality while enforcing safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• SPM with Supervisor experience or a technical certificate is required.
• Supervisory skills and experience are essential.
• Willingness to work on shift rotations is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Group Leaders in daily production tasks per SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor process control, production output, product quality, and usage of materials/equipment.
• Organize and allocate machine operators under Group Leaders' supervision.
• Provide on-the-job training and record in Employee Training Records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ISO9001/13485/GMP requirements and company rules.
• Review reports from Group Leaders and address nonconformities.
• Coordinate with engineering on equipment and line needs.
• Investigate and resolve production or quality issues not handled by subordinates.
• Conduct equipment and materials inspections.
• Report daily production performance and updates to the Executive/Engineer/Manager.
