Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supervisory professional to lead the compounding department in a high-volume chemical production environment in Selangor. You will plan, organize, and monitor daily tasks of subordinates, ensure correct practices, and oversee tank cleaning per schedule.

You will also manage storage, labeling, and FIFO of materials, confirm QA testing before release of products, and document all records accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Preferable with 3 years of working experience.
• Supervisory and communication skills.
• Good in human relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and follow up subordinates in performing daily tasks.
• Verify and review correct practices and preparation steps carried out by subordinates.
• Arrange and organize tank cleaning according to planned schedules.
• Obtain executive approval for any chemical adjustments and record adjustment details in the respective forms or checklists.
• Manage proper storage, segregation, labeling, and FIFO practice of all compounds and materials.
• Confirm that QA laboratory conducts required test parameters and release only approved compounds or preparations for production.
• Record all compounds, chemicals, and materials accurately and in a timely manner into respective forms or checklists.
• Train and supervise group leaders and compounders on all activities related to the compounding department.
• Reinforce safety, health practices, and compliance with company rules and regulations among subordinates.
• Verify functionality of compounding equipment, follow up on servicing needs, and report replacement requirements to executive or manager.
