Job summary

Wipro Consumer Care (LDW) Sdn Bhd is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team of line leaders and workers in the bulk and packaging of finished goods. You will ensure adherence to GMP procedures, coordinate weekly schedules, and maintain accurate batch records in SAP.

Responsibilities include planning, progress tracking, materials dispensing supervision, and close collaboration with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition. Malaysian site with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a technical, engineering or related qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing supervision is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Line Leaders and Workers to ensure manufacturing of bulk and packaging of finished goods adheres to approved procedures.
• Prepare weekly production schedules and arrange manpower to achieve targets.
• Update production progress and report deviations against schedule.
• Coordinate with Planners to ensure sufficient planned orders for smooth production.
• Supervise dispensing of raw materials and ensure components are available for filling.
• Maintain on-floor stock and ensure only necessary components are requested.
• Record batch quantities and process parameters for traceability.
• Ensure GMP-compliant operation and maintenance of equipment; report deviations.
• Ensure BMR records are in order before batch reporting in SAP.

Education

High School Diploma or degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field
