Job summary

SDP Packaging Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Johor, is looking for a Production Executive to lead production planning, ensure machine setup and material readiness, and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate manpower, supervise operators, enforce SOPs and safety, perform on‑the‑floor quality checks, and maintain audit-ready ISO documentation.

A Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing or related field and manufacturing experience are required; SAP experience is an advantage, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Manufacturing or related field required.
• Manufacturing experience in a factory setting essential.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills; able to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedules and translate into daily shift targets.
• Ensure machines are set up and materials ready before production starts.
• Coordinate the 4Ms – Man, Machine, Material and Method.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure operators follow SOPs, safety requirements and work instructions.
• Conduct regular floor checks on quality and process compliance.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for ISO and other standards.
• Supervise supervisors and operators, including shift scheduling and discipline.
• Conduct on-the-job training and develop multi-skilled operators.
• Ensure accurate SAP production data entry (orders, staging, scrap).
