Job summary

SUPER MICRO COMPUTER MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing. You will monitor workforce performance, assign tasks, uphold strict quality standards, and collaborate with Quality Control, Engineering, Materials, and Warehouse to resolve issues.

You will track KPIs, provide training, champion 5S/Kaizen, and maintain detailed production and audit documentation to support ISO compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a closely related field
• Preferably 3–5 years of progressive experience in a production supervisory role
• Strong understanding of production processes, robust quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles
• Proven leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and clear communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of products
• Monitor workforce performance, effectively assign tasks, and ensure productivity targets are achieved
• Uphold stringent quality standards and troubleshoot process issues while adhering to safety regulations
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Engineering, Materials, and Warehouse to resolve production-related issues
• Track production KPIs such as output, downtime, yield, and scrap, implementing corrective actions
• Provide training and coaching to production staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen
• Maintain thorough documentation of production reports, attendance, and incidents and participate in audits for ISO compliance
