Job summary

Everplast Sdn Bhd in Sabah is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and monitor daily production activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations and timely targets.

You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with colleagues, prepare daily production reports, and report progress to management in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to liaise with clients and communicate production updates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience in uPVC EXTRUSION / INJECTION machines processes will be an advantage.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
• Coordinate with colleagues to meet targets.
• Monitor processes and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports.
• Report progress and issues to the management.
• Maintain discipline and housekeeping in the production area.

Coordinate and cooperate with colleagues to ensure production targets and work requirements are achieved.

Monitor production processes and ensure work is carried out according to company procedures.

Prepare and submit daily production/work reports to the management.

Communicate and report production issues, progress and work status to the relevant department or management.

Ensure good discipline, housekeeping and compliance with company rules at the production area.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Hardworking, responsible and self-disciplined.
