Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a production supervisor to lead and supervise the production team during daily operations, ensuring targets and quality standards are met. The role requires at least 3 years in semiconductor, LCD, or related manufacturing, plus strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; willingness to work a rolling shift.

You will monitor manpower allocation, coordinate daily production activities with QA, Engineering, and Warehouse, and ensure SOPs and safety rules

Qualifications

• Minimum SKM, Diploma, or Degree qualification.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Semiconductor, LCD, Production, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work on a rolling shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production team members during daily operations.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Monitor manpower allocation and production workflow.
• Coordinate daily production activities.
• Resolve production and operational issues.
• Ensure team members follow SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor production performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments when required.
