Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our semiconductor/LCD manufacturing environment. The role requires at least 3 years of experience, a Diploma or Degree, and strong leadership and communication skills.

You will oversee production targets, monitor workflow, ensure SOPs and safety, coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Warehouse, and report on performance. Rolling shift work is required, with shift allowances and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum SKM, Diploma, or Degree qualification.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Semiconductor, LCD, Production, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Good computer skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Lead and supervise production team members during daily operations.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Monitor manpower allocation and production workflow.
• Coordinate daily production activities.
• Resolve production and operational issues.
• Ensure team members follow SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor production performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments when required.
