Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a quality-focused professional to ensure outgoing parts meet quality standards and customer specifications. You will distribute check sheets, lead morning meetings, and coordinate with production for improvement actions.

You will monitor the production environment to identify areas for quality improvements and provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members. Additional duties may be assigned by superiors as needed.

Responsibilities

• To ensure outgoing part meet quality standard and customer specification
• Distribute check sheet and related documents to production and inspection workstation
• Lead morning meeting and grouping improvement activity
• Work closely with production regarding improvement and action plan activity
• Gives support in coordinating all quality activities including process and delivery
• Monitor production environment to identify areas where quality can be implemented and approved.
• Help in training, coaching, mentoring, empowering team members.
• Perform any other duties by superior from time to time.
