Job summary

Dragon Frontier Sdn Bhd is seeking a production supervisor in Malaysia to ensure daily targets are met with minimal rejection and to optimize resource usage. You will maintain machinery and robotic arms, coordinate with QA/QC, and liaise with PP&C on schedules, packaging, and material.

You will also work with Tooling to track mold repair status and ensure customer quality with minimal NCR. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, strong coordination skills,

Qualifications

• Experience in achieving daily production targets with minimal rejection.
• Ability to maximize utilization of personnel and machinery with minimal material usage.
• Experience maintaining production machinery, equipment, and robotic arms in good condition.
• Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure quality and implement countermeasures.
• Liaise with PP&C regarding daily/weekly schedules, packaging and material.
• Study and discuss mold repair status and schedule with Tooling.
• Ensure produced parts meet customer quality requirements with minimal NCR.

• 1) Ensure all the machine running achieve daily production target and with minimum rejection.
• 2) To maximize and utilization of human resources and machineries and minimum material usage to complete.
