Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is hiring a Production Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee a team of about 25 operators. You will monitor daily operations, drive production targets, and ensure quality standards are met.

The role requires a Diploma and at least 3 years in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing, with strong leadership and multilingual communication being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• At least 3 years of experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong people management and supervisory skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; English is an added advantage.
• Willing to support weekend shifts or weekday call-backs when required.
