ALTEK MEDICAL SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Supervisor/Leader/Assistant Manager with EMS experience to lead manufacturing operations on site in Gelang Patah.

You will oversee production planning, manpower, KPIs, and continuous improvement efforts, ensure quality control, safety, and Lean practices, and coach the team through routines. The role requires 3–5 years supervisory track record in electronics manufacturing and strong leadership and communication skills to drive targets and cost

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in electronics manufacturing (EMS).
• Experience in managing production manpower and achieving production targets.
• Familiar with production planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work under pressure and support shift operations when required.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement is an added advantage

Responsabilités

• Carry out production planning and resource scheduling adjustments based on shipment and production scheduling requirements to ensure delivery is achieved.
• Based on the process of the new model, conduct dynamic analysis and propose a reasonable quotation evaluation.
• Annual department manpower & expense budget, and annual KPI achievement review
• Improve and optimize the manufacturing process of all models to eliminate waste
• System audit response, cross-department communication and coordination
• Conduct routine safety and 5S audits at the factory and make rectifications
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, yield, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Prepare daily production reports and monitor production KPIs.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production operators and team leaders.

we are looking for someone who are experienced in Medical industry (great advantage) and roled in Production Supervisor, Leader, Assistant Manager.
