Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad Industry Division in Bestari Jaya, Malaysia is offering an internship to gain hands-on experience in purchasing and administration. You will assist with purchase orders, request quotes from suppliers, maintain records, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.

Mentoring and a structured learning environment will be provided. The role is ideal for Diploma or Bachelor’s students with a CGPA of 3.0 or higher, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a positive

Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing activities, including preparing purchase orders and requesting quotations from suppliers.
• Maintain and update purchasing records, invoices, delivery orders, and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Support daily administrative operations and coordinate with other departments.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.

Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.

Support daily administrative operations and coordinate with other departments.

What we are looking for:

CGPA 3.0 and above (minimum requirement)

Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

Able to commit to the internship duration

Good communication and teamwork skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Duration: 3–6 months (depending on academic requirements)

Allowance: RM1,200 per month (recommended)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, alternate Saturday

Mentoring: Each intern will be assigned a supervisor or mentor for guidance
