Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Self-motivated with results-driven approach.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Based in Linaco Manufacturing, Batu Pahat, Johor.
• 1 full-time position available.

Responsibilities

• Arrange daily production activities per the production schedule.
• Lead, motivate, and organize the production team.
• Assign workloads and prepare shift schedules.
• Oversee and coach shop floor staff.
• Ensure safe equipment use and schedule maintenance.
• Monitor output against specifications.
• Submit performance and progress reports.
• Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements.
• Train new employees on machinery and procedures.
• Enforce safety guidelines and company standards.
