The Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.

Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to improve processes and resolve technical problems.

Prepare and maintain production reports, including employee skill matric, production performance metrics, inventory levels, and equipment status.

Ensure proper documentation of production activities, including compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
