Job summary

Mamee-Double Decker (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan daily activities and monitor KPI performance (OEE, efficiency, downtime, quality and safety) in coordination with QA and Maintenance.

The role involves setting and enforcing work schedules, training staff on food safety, and ensuring GMP/GHP, HACCP and FSSC 22000 standards. Diploma holders with 1 year experience (fresh graduates welcome) and Malay/English proficiency are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma level required.
• 1 year working experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting.
• Languages: Malay and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and follow up daily planning and production achievement against KPI (OEE, efficiency, downtime, quality, safety) with QA and Maintenance.
• Provide training to staff on food safety practices to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Establish work schedules and ensure adherence, addressing issues during the work day.
• Oversee safety of the food preparation process by inspecting equipment and facilities for GMP/GHP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000.
• Review employee performance to ensure standards of excellence.

Providing training to staff members on food safety practices and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Establishing work schedules and ensuring that employees are following them, as well as addressing issues that may arise during the work day
