Job summary

Pivotal Systems (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Supervisor in Kedah to oversee daily manufacturing, meet targets, and ensure quality and timely delivery. You will supervise production operators and technicians during shifts, coordinate CNC machining, surface treatment, and work closely with Planning, Quality, Engineering and Equipment teams to maintain smooth production flow.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in CNC machining operations and/or surface treatment processes is preferred.

• Supervise daily production activities to meet targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
