Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Tanjung Malim, Perak plant. You will supervise daily production activities, monitor outputs, and ensure safety SOP compliance while guiding a production team.

Responsibilities include staffing according to demand, addressing daily issues, and maintaining quality and cleanliness on the floor. Shift work and overtime may be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
