Job summary

TTM Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Leader to oversee shift operations in a manufacturing setting.

You will collaborate with supervisors, guide workers on the floor, and ensure efficient production flow while maintaining safety and equipment readiness. The role requires leadership experience in manufacturing, ability to motivate a team, and excellent communication. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have at least SPM, Diploma or higher in related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates is an added advantage.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Shift Supervisor to ensure workers are efficient.
• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts.
• Resolve conflicts and check equipment.
• Schedule employee shifts and assign duties.
• Manage time-off requests and handle last-minute absences.
• Train and coach new employees.
• Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Address customer and employee complaints.
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment.
