Job summary

Molex is seeking a Production Engineer (Molding) to oversee daily molding production, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and quality standards. You will coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, QA, and other functions to meet production targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead and coach supervisors and operators, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements to optimise headcount utilisation and reduce defects, while aligning schedules with customer demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of injection molding operations and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets for quality, output, and delivery.
• Lead, train, and coach production team members to drive performance and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime and waste through SOPs and Kaizen.
