Job summary

HHRG Berhad is seeking a Production and Process Engineering professional to monitor daily operations, analyze performance, and drive improvements across manufacturing processes. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet targets.

The candidate should hold an engineering degree with 1–4 years in manufacturing, plus experience with IETS, and be willing to relocate to Gua Musang, Kelantan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Engineering background preferred.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or process operations.
• Experience with Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems (IETS).
• Steam Engineer, CePSWaM, and/or AGTES certifications are advantageous.
• Willing to relocate to Gua Musang, Kelantan.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyse production performance and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production teams to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of production-related issues.
• Develop, review, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Conduct process studies, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with established operating procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste, improve yield, and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations and company policies.
