Job summary

HHRG Berhad is seeking a Production and Process Engineering professional to monitor daily operations, analyze performance, and drive improvements across manufacturing processes. The candidate should hold an engineering degree with 1–4 years in manufacturing, plus experience with IETS, and be willing to relocate to Gua Musang, Kelantan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Engineering background preferred.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or process operations.
• Experience with Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems (IETS).
• Steam Engineer, CePSWaM, and/or AGTES certifications are advantageous.
• Willing to relocate to Gua Musang, Kelantan.

Responsibilities

Compliance & Environmental Management

Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, environmental, and operational regulations.

Manage and monitor Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) operations and related environmental requirements.

Prepare and maintain compliance records, reports, and documentation.

Liaise with relevant authorities and auditors during inspections and audits.

Safety & Quality

Promote and maintain workplace safety standards and best practices.

Ensure production activities comply with quality management systems and company policies.

Participate in internal audits, risk assessments, and corrective action programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.

Engineering background is preferred.

1–4 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing or process operations.

Experience in handling Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems (IETS).

Possession of Steam Engineer, CePSWaM, and/or AGTES certifications will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of production processes, process improvement methodologies, and environmental compliance requirements.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Willing to relocate to Gua Musang, Kelantan.
