Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with at least 3 years' manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks).
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Able to lead, train, and motivate a production team.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Assist Factory Manager in delivering productivity requirements.
• Manage and direct production activities in the facility.
• Ensure machinery is maintained and functioning; oversee repairs.
• Supervise, train and motivate workers; identify training needs.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain clean, safe work environment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and government authorities as needed.
• Monitor product quality and implement waste-reduction programs.
• Contribute to project objectives for manufacturing improvements.
• Perform general factory duties as required.
• Develop and oversee project schedules and budgets.
