Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Senior Planning Executive/Manager in Sekinchan to oversee end-to-end production scheduling, inventory optimization, and material planning, driving efficiency and alignment across production and logistics.

You will develop MPS, manage MRP, coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Operations, and lead process improvements underscored by Lean/Kaizen/5S, with KPIs like OTIF and inventory turnover.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in production/supply planning within Manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, IE, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Location on-site in Sekinchan, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize master production schedules (MPS) for on-time delivery while maximizing factory capacity.
• Oversee raw material availability, balance inventory levels, and minimize waste or stockout risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Operations to align production with market demand forecasts.
• Identify bottlenecks in the planning cycle and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen/5S).
• Monitor KPIs such as Schedule Attainment, OTIF, and Inventory Turnover, reporting insights to senior management.
