Job summary

Nitto Denko Materials (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Planning Senior Executive/Executive (Planner) in Shah Alam. You will schedule production based on orders, forecasts, and material availability to ensure timely delivery.

The role involves material requirements planning, cross-department collaboration, and maintaining optimal stock levels. Fresh graduates are welcome, with SAP experience a plus and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong reporting ability.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production plan scheduling according to orders, forecast and material availability to meet delivery requirements.
• Prepare material requirements plan according to demand, purchasing terms and conditions for production use.
• Collaborate with related departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain optimal stock levels as set.
• Fulfilling internal reporting requirements and attending meetings as requested.
• Back up colleagues during absences and support needs.
• Participate in company activities (5S, Safety, Environment & Energy).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Superior.

Production Planning Senior Executive/Executive (Planner)

Job Responsibilities

Prepare production plan scheduling according to order, forecast and materials availability to meet customer delivery requirement.

Prepare material requirement plan according to demand, purchase term & condition, etc. for production use.

Close monitoring and collaboration with related departments for fulfilling customer order requirement that constantly result in on-time delivery.

To manage optimal stock level as set.

To fulfill internal reporting requirement and meeting as requested.

Back up colleague during their absence or time that they need support.

Participate in company activities (5S, Safety, Environment & Energy, etc.).

To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Superior.

Job Requirements

One to two years experience added advantage

Possess degree in any field

Fresh graduates welcome to apply

Good in Microsoft Excel

SAP experience added advantage

Good in reporting

Committed to work and able to deal with pressure
