Job summary

POLAR ELECTRO MALAYSIA (M) SDN BHD, part of Polar Electro Oy, provides EMS services from PCB assembly to complete box build for the electronics and semiconductor industry.

Established in 1998, the company is located on a 4.8 acre parcel in the Bukit Minyak Industrial park with a built-up area of 180,000 sq. ft. The role involves production planning, material control, and shipping coordination to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with MRP is preferred.
• Experience in supply chain management is preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders and enter sales orders into the system.
• Update Material Control to Material Planner for materials requirements.
• Update daily output by every production department.
• Prepare and update weekly production schedule.
• Prepare the shipping plan to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Monitor production progress and manage finished goods inventory.
• Maintain SRF & MRF systems.

Upon receiving customers PO, create the work orders and data entry of sales order received into system.

Update MC file (Material Control) to Material Planner for Materials requirement.

Update daily output achieve by every production department.

Prepare and update weekly production schedule.

Prepare the shipping plan to ensure on time delivery to customers.

Monitor production progress and manage finished goods inventory.

System maintain for SRF & MRF.

Meeting arrangement with Operation.
