Job summary

Nitto Denko Materials (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Planning Senior Executive/Executive (Planner) in Shah Alam. You will schedule production based on orders, forecasts, and material availability to ensure timely delivery.

The role involves material requirements planning, cross-department collaboration, and maintaining optimal stock levels. Fresh graduates are welcome, with SAP experience a plus and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong reporting ability.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production plan scheduling according to orders, forecast and material availability to meet delivery requirements.
• Prepare material requirements plan according to demand, purchasing terms and conditions for production use.
• Collaborate with related departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain optimal stock levels as set.
• Fulfilling internal reporting requirements and attending meetings as requested.
• Back up colleagues during absences and support needs.
• Participate in company activities (5S, Safety, Environment & Energy).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Superior.
