You will communicate with sales and customers regarding order status and delivery updates while ensuring compliance with company procedures. • Plan and coordinate production orders, worksheets, and schedules.
• Monitor order progress and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate transportation and shipping with logistics partners.
• Communicate with Sales and customers about order status.
• Maintain accurate production records and monthly performance reports.
