Job summary

Vitamax Food International in Malaysia is seeking to align production with sales forecasts and manage the end-to-end material planning process. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and coordinating with purchasing, logistics, and production teams to ensure customer demands are met.

The candidate will regularly review stock levels, update planning files, and cooperate with OEM suppliers to balance raw materials and packaging stocks for smooth manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales forecast to determine and plan future production
• Provides daily /weekly production schedule to production
• Liaise with Company's purchasing department to revise production plan to meet customer's requests and demands
• Review Order Point, Safety Stock and Demand and maintain ingredients/packaging at optimize level to minimize slow, non-mover obsolescence.
• Review and update Material Planning File
• Create Auto Count Assembly Order and back-flush all of the ingredients/packaging used.
• Create and Maintain BOM inside Auto Count System.
• Create and Maintain the batching record form
• Liaise with Sales/Logistic and Warehouse team for Sales Order completion date
• Liaise with OEM Customer (Greenleaf) for Raw Material/Packaging Stock Balance and PO
• Liaise with Production Team for machine arrangement
