Job summary

Carsem is seeking an experienced Executive Planner to support production planning activities, manage schedules, monitor material availability, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field, with 3–5 years in production or material planning, and proficiency in ERP/MRP and Microsoft Excel.

• Update and maintain planning data within the ERP/MRP system.
• Track production progress and identify potential bottlenecks, delays, or material shortages.
• Prepare planning reports and support production performance analysis.
• Ensure production schedules are aligned with capacity, material availability, and customer requirements.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment; semiconductor industry exposure will be an added advantage.

• Familiar with production scheduling, capacity planning, material planning, and inventory control.

• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and planning‑related systems (ERP/MRP).

• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

• Able to perform in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
