Comfort Rubber Gloves Industries Sdn Bhd in Taiping, Perak, is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market share and strengthen brand visibility in the rubber gloves sector.

You will lead a sales team, develop strategies, manage budgets, coordinate with production and logistics, and represent the company at industry events. Fluency in English and Malay is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the glove manufacturing industries.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company sales targets and business objectives.
• Managing and leading the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to ensure exceptional results.
• Identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to penetrate emerging markets and customer segments.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Overseeing product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across various channels.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
• Monitoring sales performance metrics, analysing trends, and preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Collaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers.
• Managing the sales and marketing budget effectively to maximise return on investment.
• Representing the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote brand awareness.

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join Comfort Rubber Gloves Industries Sdn Bhd in Taiping, Perak. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth and market expansion. As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, increase market share, and deliver sustainable business growth. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing and logistics sector, particularly within the rubber gloves industry.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field


• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the glove manufacturing industries.


• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain business relationships


• Strategic thinking and business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Knowledge of the rubber gloves industry or similar FMCG manufacturing sectors is advantageous


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with sales management tools is preferred


• Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits, market research, and industry events


• Fluency in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage for engaging with regional markets
