Fresenius Medical Care Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Nilai. You will operate production machines, perform packing, labeling, and inspection, and help ensure product quality and safety.

Fresh graduates are welcome; reading basic English and Bahasa Malaysia is sufficient. Shift work, overtime, weekends may apply; you should be able to stand for long periods and work independently or in a team.

Information about MSC

Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC) plays a vital role in delivering life-saving therapies globally within Care Enablement. With over 35 manufacturing sites and 23 distribution centers, MSC ensures the reliable production and distribution of high-quality devices for hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and acute care—reaching patients in approximately 150 countries.

Your Responsibilities

Operate production machines according to work instructions.

Perform packing, labeling, and inspection of products.

Ensure products meet quality standards.

Keep the work area clean and tidy.

Follow safety rules and company procedures.

Report machine issues or production problems to the supervisor.

Support production targets and daily operations.

Job Requirements
