Masimo in Pasir Gudang, Johor is seeking a Production Clerk to assist with scheduling, material coordination and work order tracking in a on‑site role within our Production Department.

The position reports to the Production Manager and requires a Diploma in any field, basic computer literacy, and basic English literacy, with potential for a 10% bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Production Clerk is responsible for Assists with production scheduling, material coordination, work order tracking, and maintaining a safe production environment. This position reports to the Production Manager and is part of the Production Department located in Pasir Gudang, Johor and will be an on‑site role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production schedules, inventory, materials, stock records, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, DHR documentation, quality, safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements.
• Support operator training, material follow‑up, expense tracking, audits, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications and requirements

• Diploma qualification in any field.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Basic English literacy.

Physical/Environment Requirements: Primarily an office-based role involving frequent sitting, standing, walking, and daily computer use. Requires the ability to remain on foot for extended periods and perform essential physical tasks.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
