Job summary

Semaian Jitra in Malaysia is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor food production machinery, prepare and set up equipment for daily runs, and ensure safety and quality standards are followed.

You will conduct regular quality checks, maintain production records, collaborate with the team to meet goals, and assist in training new staff while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is Secondary School or higher.
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the production field.
• Ability to read and write basic documents and instructions.
• Good physical health and stamina to perform production tasks.
• Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
