Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operation team to supervise production processes.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Equipment, Supply chain and CM to implement manufacturing and product line strategies.
• Establish production and shipment targets and monitor KPI performance.
• Develop and train a strong production team from supervisor to shopfloor technical specialist and manufacturing specialist.
• Drive Lean deployment in shopfloor and optimize value streams across processes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while meeting cost objectives and customer requirements.
