Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent.
• Five years of related experience.
• Leadership, communication and analytical skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations team to meet KPI.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Equipment, Supply Chain and Contract Manufacturer to develop strategies.
• Establish production/shipments targets and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Drive LEAN deployment and value stream mapping on the shop floor.
• Allocate resources, manage personnel relations and coaching.
