Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of related experience.
• Proven ability to lead people and work effectively with other departments; systematic process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations team and supervise production processes.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Equipment, Supply Chain and Contract Manufacturer to develop manufacturing and product line strategies.
• Meet KPI targets for quality, cost, delivery and time-to-market.
• Drive LEAN deployment and value stream mapping on shop floor.
• Manage shopfloor employee relations and resource allocation.
