Flex, Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia, is hiring a Production Manager to lead multiple high-precision production lines (SMT, Wave, assembly, burn-in, test, packing) in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise engineers and operators, drive performance improvements, and ensure delivery to customers.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, cost control and on-time execution, with collaboration across maintenance and project teams to implement robust processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in production/manufacturing or engineering.
• 8 years of operations experience.
• Strong emphasis on safety, quality and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production across multiple processes (SMT, Wave, assembly, burn-in, test and packing).
• Lead and coach a team of supervisors and engineers to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness targets.
• Review daily plant performance and implement improvements to efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with maintenance and project teams; ensure compliance with safety procedures.
