Job summary

Flex is recruiting a Production Supervisor for our Perai, Penang site. You will oversee multiple production lines in a highly technical environment, lead a team of professionals, and drive performance to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in production/manufacturing and about 6 years of operations experience, with comprehensive safety and process improvement responsibilities. We offer medical benefits, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in production or manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• Typically 6 years of operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness targets.
• Review performance and advise on operating condition changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and coach operators to improve capability.
• Coordinate production scheduling to meet customer requirements.
• Assist in department budget planning and manage expenses.
• Ensure safety policies and training compliance across manufacturing staff.
