Job summary

Top Glove Corporation Berhad in Malaysia invites applications for a Logistics Coordinator to support shipment scheduling and ensure timely delivery across operations. The role focuses on coordinating with internal teams and external partners to keep shipments on track and costs under control.

You will prepare monthly reports, source rates, and drive continuous improvements in service levels, while remaining adaptable to additional duties as directed by your supervisor.

Your Mission:

Liaising with internal departments to ensure shipments are on schedule.

Liaising and coordinating with shipping agents/ logistics company for shipments arrangement.

Close shipments monitoring.

Work with team members to complete duties as and when needed.

Prepare monthly reports.

Strong and persistent driver of continuos improvement for both services and costs.

Responsible for the sales activity targets.

Doing market studies and analysis.

Rates sourcing and negotiation.

Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
